Belonging to a group means feeling like part of something that exists beyond oneself. It is suggested that there was a mission or objective of each of the members are responsible.
In an organization each member contributes to the achievements. We work with colleagues to bring about these results. Although each has a definite choice, and belongs to a particular department, everyone is united to the other members in meeting the objectives. And always aims-objectives of the organization and never will be single-monitor their actions, their role in the organization exists for this purpose.
It is necessary to distinguish the meaning of teamwork, the task of achieving a particular objective is carried out effectively. It is common that these two concepts are confused and intermingled, that the leaders of each team know not define what they want from their subordinates. What we want to achieve with a sense of teamwork is different from building an effective team to carry out a specific task.
